Well known for its famous residents, such as former President George W. Bush, Mark Cuban, and Ross Perot, Preston Hollow is one of the most affluent neighborhoods in Dallas and home to many wealthy people. Also called the golden corridor of Dallas, it is found about five miles from downtown. Its convenient location places it close to some of the city’s best private schools and many shops, restaurants, and boutiques.
Much of the neighborhood comprises ranch-style homes, although there are also sprawling estates. Nearby shopping areas, including Preston Center, NorthPark Center, and Preston-Royal, are designed like villages. Preston Hollow has something for everyone.

Things to Do
One of the best centers in the country for research, exhibition, and education for the culture and arts of Spain, the
Meadows Museum works to increase the community's appreciation, knowledge, and understanding of Spain’s beautiful arts and culture. It collects and interprets the greatest aesthetic and historical works from Spanish masters like Goya between the 15th and 20th centuries.
The stunning paved 2.5-mile trail called
Northaven Trail is the ideal choice for long jogs, leisurely walks, or bike rides. Great for relaxing and enjoying nature, the trail’s surrounding wildflowers and scenery make it photogenic. The Dallas Parks and Recreation Department built and maintain Northaven Trail, which currently goes between Royal Lane and Northaven Road, although there is a plan for eastward and westward expansion. It is the most significant commuter and recreational hike and bike trail in North Dallas.
Preston Hollow Park covers 7.2 acres and was founded in 1947. The neighborhood park is a great place to relax, have a picnic, or enjoy nature. It provides many picnic tables and also boasts benches, drinking fountains, a pavilion, and a playground. For the athletic types or sports lovers, the park also features a softball field, a tennis court, and many hiking and biking trails.
